Minutes from Mondays meeting

Attendance: Shaun, Marc, Edward, Tracey, Cameron, Mary Beth and Claude

1. Update from Marc - venue and catering secured including chairs,
paper stands, mics, wifi, signs and papers for grids

2. Messaging - press release will come out tomorrow (Marc)
- we still need to find/ send to list from last year's event
- we also need to spread this link tomorrow on Twitter and to our
contacts

3. App show case - 12 apps devs coming
- Shaun will add this to the agenda for the day of

4. 32 tickets sold - hoping to double this number by Friday sign up at
http://www.changecampottawa.eventbrite.com
Who is managing the Change camp email address?

5. Friday - 5:00pm City Hall to setup
Saturday 9:00/9:30ish am

6. Archiving sessions - will create open google docs
- setup at Twitterfall with a projector and laptop / screen day of
(responsible?)

7. MB has list of phone numbers in case we need to get a hold of
people the day of

I'm planning a post on Apartment613 this week, but I can wait for the press release tomorrow. If someone can send a copy to this group or ryan...@gmail.com.

We won't have the same ciritcal mass from Apartment613 as last year, but we'll have a few folks there.

Anything else the Apartment613 team can do to help/ contribute?

I will be there on Saturday and available for whatever volunteer help
you need. Is there a list of whom you are sending the press release
Mark? I can distro it to a few people as well if you want.

Sorry for not being more involved but my thesis is currently running
my life.
