I want to thank all our volunteers and sponsors for contributing to making ChangeCampTO a big success. I have collected and organized all the content we created together and put it all in one place:

I am looking for feedback on the event and thoughts on where we should go next. If you haven't already, please add your anonymous comments here:

I am looking for volunteers to help analyze and synthesize the output of ChangeCampTO. I have quickly reviewed the videos, liveblog content and the packages, and there's lots of gold in there. If you are willing to help digest and synthesize this content, please let me know. We want to start assembling a set of requirements and opportunities for the toolkit in a way that can be shared and validated with the community of potential users, partners and tool designers.
Also, in response to feedback from the first event, I want to start thinking now about a follow-up event where we can share more specific toolkit ideas as well as provide a space to identify specific issues and projects that could be led by community organizers, who might use the tools we're envisioning.
Reply to me directly if you are interested in helping us move to the next stage in this project through content analysis or organizing of the next event.
If you aren't already, please join the ChangeCamp Google Group: http://groups.google.com/group/changecamp
