[changecamp] Format for one day ChangeCamp event

Hi everyone,

I'd like to hear from all the organizers of previous ChangeCamps and ones coming up as to how they structured/will structure the actual event, and what you would do differently the 2nd time.

We're in the process of organizing ChangeCamp Sault for June 26.
