SIGNATURE NUMBERS KEEP CHANGING BACK TO 1 AND CANNOT PRINT CSV?

Guys The server crashed earlier and all of our signatures keep disappearing - so I have no idea how many people have signed.  Also can't print a CSV file to see who has signed.  Is this to be fixed soon and will you retrieve data or do I need to move to a different petition site?  This is really important and time critical so would appreciate your help please?
