I read api docs and not understand can a different people sign petitions from mobile application without user logon?

Hi Dmitry.

A mobile application can be developed that would allow a user to sign a petition by filling in the required information. Of course, this information can be saved in your mobile application so the user doesn't have to repeatedly fill it out again. However, we do not currently support logging in a user through our API.
