Authorization Failed

I am trying to run a change.org campaign (http://chn.ge/1a56D7r) directly from my client's site: upchildrights.org. I have received and verified approval of the authorization key; however, I'm unable to get around the failure error message below. I'm not sure if there is a problem with the user account or if I am missing something not mentioned in your documentation.

I notice others in this forum have had a similar problem, but I don't see a resolution. Please advise.
