Multiple-Recipient Notifications?

Hi all w/ change.org-- 

I'm thinking of signing up for your professional package and was hoping that it would be possible that, each time a new member signs a petition, it automatically notifies a list of recipient emails (as long as they agree to this constant notification) to be able to boost the effectiveness/attention-grabbing of my Petition.
