Can I be able to use the change.org api in a Python programming Language environment on Web2py Framework?

I really want to use the change.org api in my web project but I don't have any idea if I can be able to use it perfectly in a python programming language web framework called web2py in which I am working on.

Please help me with possible solutions to go about it and if possible, I'd like to see some examples of it's implementation.
