How to get emails from people that signed the petition

Hi, 

We are currently running a campaign for an official entity in our country.

When we tried sending the CSV report of signatures they rejected it claiming that they might be fake.

We asked what we could do for them to count the change.org signatures and valid and they said to include an ID Document or an email address with each signature. Without them they wont be valid for them.

I made a PHP script to request signatures on our campaign (ID 1103977) but in the returned data no email is included.

As I explained it's really important for us to include emails in the report or else the signatures won't count.

How can I get them?

Hi Anabelle,

The email addresses of petition signers are not available to petition creators, except for petitions started by organizations - and then, only in cases where users have explicitly given their permission for their information to be shared with the organization.

In the case of this petition (1103977), it was started by a user and email addresses won't be accessible.

Hello, 

We are an organization and would like to set up a campaign allowing us to request the signatures on it. 

We need very clear answers on the following questions : 

• Is it possible to get the signature while the campaign is still running or are they available only when it's finished? There is no clear info about that in the documentation. Actually, we NEED to contact the signee during the campaign because we'll have to make them sign a legal document. So please be cristal clear in your answer. 
• What is the structure of the csv output? Could we have a full example of this? 
• Can we have accurate screenshots of the different steps that have to be fulfilled by the organization AND by the signee to allow the email address to be collected?
