Sudden Glitch

I've posted numerous Change.org petitions on my site via API, and all have worked smoothly. But the one I posted 2 days ago is not working right. The signatures are not going through to Change.org, and every time someone signs the petition on my site I get the following email:

Hi Nina,

Someone with the email address xx...@xx.com [my email] just requested authorization to gather signatures for your petition, 'Sign to Stop Cruel 'Cowboy Monkey Rodeos'‏', via the Change.org API at LadyFreethinker Blog. Click here to revoke this access. 

Our API allows campaign supporters to share and organize around your petition anywhere. This person would like to promote your petition here: LadyFreethinker Petitions. You can revoke access using the link above or visit your petition's Authorization Requests page to manage all pending requests.
