unable to sign petitions

For a while now, when I click "sign petition" in an email that I receive, the page it directs me to seems unformatted, with everything listed down the page. This is not the problem; the problem is that none of the 'sign this petition,' 'sign' or even 'log in' buttons work at all. They register the click but do nothing, leaving me unable to sign any petitions. Any ideas?
