How to fetch the master list of all the petitions IDs.

Hello,

I am looking for a way to fetch all the IDs associated with the petitions filed.

Currently we can fetch petition ID by the following way:

https://api.change.org/v1/petitions/get_id?petition_url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.change.org%2Fpetitions%2Fask-starfleet-to-add-a-purple-uniform

But is what if we do not know the URL before hand. Is there any way that we can get the list of all the petition IDs without mentioning the petition URL.
