WHO DO YOU WANT TO PETITION?

My question is, after the Petition has been started and signatures has been collected, that is PETITION IS COMPLETE.

 

• Who finally delivers the PETITION to the person or group petitioned? (if I petition lets say the government/police, how would they finally have the petition in their hands).

 

• How would I know they have received the PETITION?

 

• Shall they contact me or us making the PETITION?

 

• How do hide my identity if I do not want those are PETITIONED to know?
