The Clerk & Master for Greene County, having been ordered by this Court to sell personalty and real property at 309 East Bernard Avenue in Greeneville, TN [Map 099I, Group A, Parcel 18] as shown of record in Deed Book 623A, page 1000 in the Register’s Office for Greene County, TN is hereby offering an invitation to submit a bid, to any real estate/auction company interested in assisting the Clerk & Master in holding a public auction for a small amount of personalty of nominal value, as well as the subject decedent’s residence located at the above stated address.
