2021 and 2022 Delinquent Tax Sale Notice

The Delinquent Tax Sale for the following years:

Tax Year 2021 : {Civil Action #s 2023-CV-131 & 2023-CV-133} and

Tax Year 2022 : {Civil Action #s 2024-CV-147 & 2024-CV-149} will
be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time – ONLINE

 

The online delinquent tax auction will be a live bid auction,
conducted pursuant to T.C.A. 67-5-2501(a)(1) and
T.C.A. 67-5-2410(d) and hosted by GovEase, via the
following website: http://www.govease.com/auctions.
This website will allow bidders to submit bids and view auction results.

ONLINE BIDDER REGISTRATION will open: February 18, 2026.
Online webinar training is currently available at www.govease.com/help.
