TERMS OF SALE:
Sale of real property will be made 10% down day of sale with the remainder paid on or before thirty (30) days from the date of sale. BID SHALL BE LEFT OPEN. “The high bid (on February 18, 2012) shall be subject to a ten percent (10%) increase within ten (10) working days from the date of the auction, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. If there is a ten percent (10%) increase, the Special Commissioner shall conduct a run-off bid between the high bidder at the auction, the new bidder, and any other persons interested in entering bids.” [See ORDER, entered August 24, 2011].
