looks like your model does not support voice:

Thanks for the reply,
but when i check for the status of the modem using  dongle show device state dongle0, it shows voice as"yes" as seen above!!
Plus the modem is unlocked too.
Anything else i can do? thanks  again.

and if all fails, what modems models are tested and support voice? thanks again.

try to use minicom and then issue:

at^cvoice?

If you get something like:

^CVOICE:0,8000,16,20

then voice is enabled. If response is:

^CVOICE=1

then voice is NOT enable.

Ok When I got E1550, ^CVOICE=1

It means Disabled, what should I do ?

I use E1550. Any AT Command to enable it ?

please, read the wiki...  you can upgrade with firmware o issue at^cvoice command.
