But to answer your question, It depends. Modding in single player is *technically* against the tos, but gta has said that their focus when enforcing this rule is with online. Also make sure that your menu doesn't leave any files behind or you won't be able to load online.
There's a glitch that has been around with director mode that allows you to get "modded" outfits and bring them to online and save them (Things you can't get from a clothing shops or other clothing glitches, example: IAA badge), The outfits you get are random and in order for the outfit to be transferable to online, it needs to have a Christmas mask and no blacklisted clothing items. So it's random, extremely time consuming, and luck based IF you're looking for one simple thing like just the IAA badge or just some outfit with a joggers..etc
But in my case, I'm trying to get a clean suit with an over coat outfit which is impossible to get in director mode random outfits and even if you get it, there's 99.9% chance that it'll be glitched to hell and back or won't have a Christmas mask.
Since I'm not looking to install custom car mods or graphics mods..etc, I don't want to install Scripthook and OpenIV and do the whole copying thing just to make 2 outfits in director mode and I don't have the hard drive space tbh.
So I'm asking is it safe to inject a single player dll menu in single player that has nothing but outfit options and only use it in single player to make some outfits in director mode and save them or will their stupid anti-cheat freak out and ban me for simply injecting something into the game?

I have a 2008 YTO X704 with 500 hours on it , I purchased it new, the injector pump appears to be lubricated from the engine, I can see no place to add oil or drain , it has two lines, one goes from the injector pump to the engine block and one from the governor to the engine block.
I have been trying to get an english language manual for the engine, I have been in contact with YTO, they sent me an english tractor owners manual that does not mention the injector pump, and a chinese engine service manual , even pictures are not any help in it.
Yes, it is pressure lubricated from the engine. You should still check your engine oil for fuel dilution. This can come from a bad barrel and plunger assembly, not common though, but if you get a dose of diesel bugs you'll want to keep a closer eye on it. They are very corrosive.
For health coverage plans issued or renewed on or after January 1, 2024, the act requires a health insurance carrier (carrier) that provides coverage for prescription auto-injectors (injectors) to cap the total amount that a covered person is required to pay for injectors at an amount not to exceed $60 for a 2-pack of the injectors. The act allows coverage for injectors to be offered through a high deductible plan that qualifies for a health savings account, and a carrier may apply deductible amounts if the coverage is not considered by the United States department of the treasury to be preventive or to have an acceptable deductible amount.
