DTMF being recognized but not passdthrough...?

When a call comes in via chan_dongle it Appears that dtmf signals are being ignored. I show that they are being correctly received but nothing happens when numbers are pressed. Here is was shows in my dtmf log when I dial 1001 in a simple IVR from a SIP phone and what happens when dialing 1001 when calling into one of my dongles:
