Tmobile Sim registers but ATT&T sims not registering

I need help to make my ATT sim work with my E1552 or E1750

I suspect it has to do with 




but dont know what

You sure you have chan_dongle working correct ?
what is the output of :
dongle show devices

what is the RSSI value ?

100% sure
Tmobile sims can make calls but shows up as gprs
