How to write my own number in to sim card (subscriber number)

If I'm try with command:

dongle cmd dongle0 AT+CPBS=\"ON\"

I got the error:

So the second command have not menaing to type:

dongle cmd dongle0 AT+CPBW=1,\"+39xxxxxxx8\",145

Anyone know how can I manage this?
