GREAT UPDATE!
Lots going on today. :-)
To give everyone the heads up who doesn't know, Cindy Fermanich signed up for PT last week, but then had buyers remorse and asked for a refund. She said it's just too expensive to do PT and BC, and she'd miss BC too much so she can't give it up even if PT is better for her.
Rick is an official client now though! - our second (Jenny was our first).
I called Liz. She LOVES the program and is blown away by the attention to detail. Unfortunately, her budget only gives her about $100/month to spend on a fitness program. There's nothing we can do for her there... Then Janell came up with the idea of letting her do 2x/week (like our night program) and giving still letting her have the Fast Action Offer. While I don't like screwing up the schedule with a 2x/weeker (if we sold a bunch of these it would really mess things up), I do like the idea of getting a DIE-HARD in there. She flat out told me she plans on telling everyone about us. So, with that said, I'm going to pull her aside tomorrow and give her that opportunity. That will lower her rate to close to her budget.
GREAT IDEA making the workout cards for the newbies so we know there bands!!!!
Hannah, Teri is in IFS as Teresa
I will send out an email to everyone who has signed up for the detox that hasn't weighed in yet that didn't already start. We do have a LOT of non-members now; many of which are not planning to do the contest part.
As far as the calls for people who missed, do the best you can now focusing on people who are in trial and recently joined. You won't always have days like today, although we ultimately want you training all morning and not doing any non-PT admin. :-) We know we need to find an AA solution. We're going to ride this month out and then see where we're at with total memberships and budget to hire either a half-time or a full-time AA.
Have Faith & Take Action!
