Good morning everyone!

Friday - 9/13

  • 3 classes in the morning - everyone seems to be doing very well at this but still aren't getting to the right weights. I know this is very true at my station. Next week I will be pushing harder for everyone to hit failure on that first exercise.
  • Dahlin's interested in PT - I was able to connect with Carolyn to discuss this further. I will be sending times to her today so we can get her and Dan in for a Success Session.
  • Angie Holcomb (trial member - very fit with blond hair - 9:15am class) - she is interested in personal training. I will connect with her to see what her schedule is and when we can meet up for a Success Session with her and her husband.
  • Success Session with Cindy Stiever - she signed an agreement for 3 months of PT but sent an e-mail today regarding pricing. From my understanding Justin will be contacting her to discuss this further. She really needs the program and I believe it will do wonders for her.

Saturday - 9/14

  • Fitness Diagnostic with Anne Hombach - she did very well scoring an 18. She is in great shape and has wonderful flexibility, however she has plantar faciitis in her right foot. She used to run all the time and desperately wants to get back into that. Her goal is to have FR help her to be able to do that. I gave her some exercises to maybe help, so she'll let me know how she does. So far she said nothing in the workouts has caused a flare which is great!
  • AAA classes
  • Changing station signs and general tidy up

My row station went well. I have some people who lean back quite a bit (Chris Bauer, Dyan and others) I cue them and move them to a more upright position but then they return to it. Any suggestions?

Put them in a staggered stance.  With this workout I'd rather them train heavy (which is what those people want to do) than focus on their core with a parallel stance.
