Good Evening!
I worked on my blog post for Monday, just need to go in and change some of the formatting and it's finished. I will be doing a regular Monday blog on various topics including but not limited to: nutrition, stress management, personal care/cleaning products, environmental toxins, book & cookbook reviews, etc.
Membership update:
Members lost in August:
Aimee Speier: she simply can't make it to class with her husband's travel schedule as she no longer has family to help out with the kids.
Susan Larson: she needs to find her own space away from Jon at this point. I may be doing some FDN with her down the road.
Cassidy Lexcen: She will be back but right now it sounds like she has a lot going on. She didn't go into details but it sounds like a major life event as she LOVES our program. I have asked Jen to reach out to her in a couple of weeks so she knows we are thinking about her.
Laurie Belka: she is not resigning and is going to workout at home until she see's if her contract job is renewed or not. From there who knows...
Lea Jacobson: her plan was to do the summer to strengthen/rehab her shoulder but she wants to go back to playing tennis. We may be able to get her to do 2 days a week of boot camp. I asked Hannah to schedule her for a rescreen to address if the shoulder improved.
Sue Hine: no longer a boot camp member. She will be doing personal training with Hannah and hopefully will continue on with that.
Noreen Andrews: She will be back Oct. 21st but is traveling the majority of Sept and Oct.
Caryl Manoles: she won't be resigning as she is looking for full-time work and is unsure of her schedule.
New Member in September:
Norma Leonard: Teacher from this summer that signed up for 12 months, 2 days a week at 4:30pm.
