Fitness/Health Goals:
- Get down to 120lbs (she is currently at 129lbs) - this was the weight she was in before kids, however she understands that muscle weighs more than fat and is more interested in that than the weight loss
- She would like to get her waist back to what it looked like when she was 120lbs
- Overall firmness - strength, lean muscle, definition, "killer" butt
Considerations:

Labrul tear in the left hip years ago - cleared for all activity (she will let us know if there is an issue with any of the exercises)
Bracelets:
None - gave her correctives for her shoulders (score of a 2)
