Fitness/Health Goals:
- She is not concerned about her body weight but would like to lose fat (especially around her mid-section)
- She wants to do a 1/2 marathon and eventually a full marathon
- Would like to do "real" push-ups

Considerations:
- None

**Note - we discussed the running and she understands that it can be hard on her body but she wants to continue doing it. I recommended that she do her correctives (for hamstrings) after each run and do some dynamic stretching before she goes running. She was completely on board with this.

Have her do the Yellow correctives BEFORE & AFTER she runs.  Yellow is a no-no for running.  If she's going to ignore that red light then we at least want her to do some "reset" before she runs.
