Good afternoon everyone,

Wednesday - 9/18
  1. Classes went well overall. I can definitely tell that people are getting better with their form. Dead bugs are still pretty rough, but getting better. On overhead squats people need to make sure they are keeping their biceps behind their ears (I saw a few people almost tip over last night). A lot of people are also bending their elbows, so we'll need to keep an eye on this.
  2. PT with Greg - Justin - I definitely think the conversation needs to be had with him on PT. He was still in a lot of pain yesterday, though his mood was improved. I just don't see us being able to give him the help he needs to get where he needs to be.
  3. Responded to member / trial e-mails
  4. Program Design - Kimberly Stiele


Thursday - 9/19

  1. Personal Training - Rick, Jenny & Sue, Karla - all are significantly improving their performance. Much quicker than I thought they would. Justin / Janell - We will need to make sure that Jenny gets another screen done soon after this phase. She is making HUGE progress, so I want to ensure that she can continue to move forward if she's ready. :)
  2. Private Training - Kimberly Stiele - she did very well today. There were definitely areas that are extremely tight that we focused on. I think she saw a huge benefit in doing private training and is excited to see how she progresses! Justin - she would like to schedule another session for next Friday and potentially the next Thursday/Friday. After that she isn't sure on her schedule. I told her that we would love over schedules and get back with her. So, you and I will need to catch up on that. She also didn't know how she needed to pay for training - she asked if a check or cash would be better. I wasn't sure what you preferred, so I told her to get with you. But you may want to follow up. 
  3. Success Session - Carolyn & Dan Dahlin - They both did very well and increased their scores by 2 and 3 points respectively!! Their goals are weight loss and increased flexibility. We discussed personal training but it sounds like Private Training once or twice a month for both of them may work better for their schedules (and they only wanted to commit to a month of Personal Training to try it). Carolyn also mentioned having something she can come in for and then do once or twice a week while she isn't here. I let them know I would provide you with the information and you would get with them on pricing. They are looking to supplement Bootcamp. 
  4. Office work -
    • E-mails with members / scheduling meet up with Heather (possible Bootcamp or Personal Training member)
    • Texted new trials to see how they were doing today
    • Followed up on trials who missed class yesterday. No answers so left voicemails.
    • Changed Station Signs
