Fitness/Health Goals:
- Would like to drop 6lbs (she is currently at 141lbs)
- She wants to look and feel better
- She wants to continue to get stronger, more flexible (especially in her upper body), stronger core

Considerations:
- 25 years ago she tore the rotator cuff on the R side
- L side hurts as well
- Her PT has instructed her not to do overhead pressing
