Aggregate functions can now include an ORDER BY clause after their last parameter. The arguments to the function are processed in the order specified. This can be important for functions like string_agg() and json_group_array().

  • Add support for the concat() and concat_ws() scalar SQL functions, compatible with PostgreSQL, SQLServer, and MySQL.
  • Add support for the string_agg() aggregate SQL function, compatible with PostgreSQL and SQLServer.
  • New conversion letters on the strftime() SQL function: %e %F %I %k %l %p %P %R %T %u
  • Add new C-language APIs: sqlite3_get_clientdata() and sqlite3_set_clientdata().
  • Many errors associated with CREATE TABLE are now raised when the CREATE TABLE statement itself is run, rather than being deferred until the first time the table is actually used.
  • The PRAGMA integrity_check command now verifies the consistency of the content in various built-in virtual tables using the new xIntegrity method. This works for the FTS3, FTS4, FTS5, RTREE, and GEOPOLY extensions.
  • The SQLITE_DBCONFIG_DEFENSIVE setting now prevents PRAGMA writable_schema from being turned on. Previously writable_schema could be turned on, but would not actually allow the schema to be writable. Now it simply cannot be turned on.
  • Tag the built-in FTS3, FTS4, FTS5, RTREE, and GEOPOLY virtual tables as SQLITE_VTAB_INNOCUOUS so that they can be used inside of triggers in high-security deployments.
  • The PRAGMA case_sensitive_like statement is deprecated, as its use when the schema contains LIKE operators can lead to reports of database corruption by PRAGMA integrity_check.
  • SQLITE_USE_SEH (Structured Exception Handling) is now enabled by default whenever SQLite is built using the Microsoft C compiler. It can be disabled using -DSQLITE_OMIT_SEH.
  • Query planner optimizations:
  • In partial index scans, if the WHERE clause implies a constant value for a table column, replace occurrences of that table column with the constant. This increases the likelihood of the partial index being a covering index.
  • Disable the view-scan optimization (added in version 3.42.0 - item 1c) as it was causing multiple performance regressions. In its place, reduce the estimated row count for DISTINCT subqueries by a factor of 8.
  • SQLite now performs run-time detection of whether or not the underlying hardware supports "long double" with precision greater than "double" and uses appropriate floating-point routines depending on what it discovered.
  • The CLI for Windows now defaults to using UTF-8 for both input and output on platforms that support it. The --no-utf8 option is available to disable UTF8 support.Prior changes from version 3.44.1 (2023-11-22):

The ArcGIS API for JavaScript versions 3.44 and later will no longer be updated with the latest Arcade language features. In other words, Arcade expressions authored in JS API apps at versions 3.44 or later will only support Arcade language features introduced in Arcade versions 1.21 or earlier.

Versions 3.34 and older are retired, the modules will continue to be hosted on the CDN at The status for all versions of the API can be viewed on the Product Support page. For more information on retirement and what it means, visit the ArcGIS API for JavaScript section of the Product Life Cycle Policy document.

Beginning with release 3.44.0, Nexus Repository 3 instances with PostgreSQL databases use the pg_trgm (trigram) module; we enabled this module to prepare for upcoming search performance improvements. This module may not be installed with PostgreSQL by default on all Linux distributions, which will result in an exception when attempting to upgrade. If you find yourself in this situation, you will need to install the postgresql-contrib package available from your Linux distribution. In order to install it, the PostgreSQL user must have CREATE privileges on the current database. See our knowledge base article for further information.

In this release, we refreshed the Log4j Visualizer user interface to provide enhanced guidance on how integrating Sonatype Repository Firewall with Nexus Repository can help you protect your organization from malicious attacks by scanning and blocking suspicious components.

Fixed an issue that prevented an npm proxy repository for which the remote URL is another npm proxy repository from getting the latest metadata if the second repository was using the Remove Quarantined Versions feature.

Release 3.40.0 included an automatic upgrade step that migrated blob deletion tracking info into the PostgreSQL/H2 database (OrientDB is not affected). On upgrading to version 3.40.0, this processing could significantly increase repository startup time. In this release, we moved the processing to the background, and it should no longer delay first start availability times beyond those typically encountered.

The first step to converting 3.44 to a fraction is to re-write 3.44 in the form p/q where p and q both are positive integers. To start with, 3.44 can be written as simply 3.44/1 to technically be written as a fraction.

Next, we will count the number of fractional digits after the decimal point in 3.44, which in this case is 2. For however many digits after the decimal point there are, we will multiply the numerator and denominator of 3.44/1 each by 10 to the power of that many digits. For instance, for 0.45, there are 2 fractional digits so we would multiply by 100; or for 0.324, since there are 3 fractional digits, we would multiply by 1000. So, in this case, we will multiply the numerator and denominator of 3.44/1 each by 100:

As a parent, you hope your child is extremely successful and likely become the next Gates, Zuckerberg, or Meg Whitman. To set your child on the right path, there are many skills and traits that you can start building and nurturing now. Doing so plants the seeds for future success.

This section corresponds to transaction [ITI-44] of the IHE IT Infrastructure Technical Framework. Transaction [ITI-44] is used by the Patient Identity Source, Patient Identifier Cross-reference Manager and Document Registry Actors.

Role: Provides notification to the Patient Identifier Cross-reference Manager and Document Registry for any patient identification related events including: creation, updates, merges, etc.

Role: Serves a well-defined set of Patient Identification Domains. Based on information provided in each Patient Identification Domain by a Patient Identification Source Actor, it manages the cross-referencing of patient identifiers across Patient Identification Domains.

Role: Uses patient identifiers provided by Patient Identity Source to ensure that XDS Documents metadata registered is associated with a known patient and updates patient identity in document metadata by tracking identity change operations (e.g., merge).

The Patient Identifier Cross-reference Manager shall only perform cross-referencing logic on messages received from Patient Identity Source Actors. For a given Patient Identifier Domain there shall be one and only one Patient Identity Source Actor, but a given Patient Identity Source may serve more than one Patient Identifier Domain.

The Patient Identity Feed transaction is carried out by the HL7 v3 Patient Activate (PRPA_MT201301UV02) and Patient Revise (PRPA_MT201302UV02) messages, as defined in the subsequent sections. The Patient Identity Source shall generate the message whenever a patient is registered or when some piece of patient demographic data changes. The components of the message listed below are required, and their detailed descriptions are provided in the following subsections.

The message information model in Section 3.44.4.1.2.2 describes the relevant data elements for this transaction. Specific requirements for the particular actors are found in Section 3.44.4.1.3 Expected Actions.

The Patient class is the entry point to the R-MIMs for the Patient Activate (PRPA_RM201301UV02) and Patient Revise (PRPA_RM201302UV02) models. The patient identifiers are captured using an Instance Identifier (II) data type. Please see ITI TF-2: Appendix E for a detailed description about the use of the HL7 V3 II data type for patient identifiers.

The Patient class is scoped by the provider organization where this person is a patient. The HL7 definition of the CMET requires that the provider organization needs to be identified by an id attribute, and at least one of address, telecommunications address, or contact person to be present. The id attribute SHALL have only a root, expressed as an ISO OID.
