Hi - I am having serious issues downloading and streaming content on my Deco x60. In particular, streaming or downloading content on Netflix is a problem (on my ipad, iphone, and tvs). I frequently get an error. I have also tried changing my IPv4 DNS, turned off (and on) beamforming and fast roarming.
In addition to the netflix issues, other streaming services sometimes do not work. Finally, when I try to download large files for work, it only downloads 3-5MB of the total and then stops and says download failed.
On all of the devices, other services, such as google, youtube, etc. work and have no issues. And when I test the internet speed, it says I have no problems, with over 100 Mbps down and 40 mbps up. Thank you for your help.
I was testing it again, and it seems like it isnt as much of an issue when I am connected to the main deco, only to the mesh ones. Not sure if it matters, but I am using ethernet cables to backlink with the main deco. The problem is that I am mainly connected the mesh / endpoint decos, not the main one. Also, it appears that if I connect to the main deco (over wifi), download something on netflix, and then go to a different area and use the mesh, streaming sometimes works for a short period of time, then fails again.
recently received the 4k stick and have no problems with all my streaming channels except for Netflix. Netflix will not load properly and constantly gives UI-800-02 error code. Tried deleting app, reinstalling, factory reset, all other options, nothing works. Netflix works fine on my other roku devices and smart tv's. roku said they would call me back, but no response. anyone else find a solution for this ?
i constantly get error UI-800-02 when i try to start Netflix on my Roku 4k streaming stick. No issues with it running on older roku devices that i have on other televisions. all applications work just fine, except Netflix. Called Samsung, they said it was Netflix, so called them. Netflix said it was Roku and when i called Roku they said that they needed to investigate and would get back to me within 24 hours. Unfortunately no one got back to me.
I've tried that multiple times and Roku support has had me perform perform factory reset, delete the application, reinstall application, turn everything off turn everything back on multiple times, Netflix still shows the same error and support had me provide the internal error codes. They indicated they would respond within 24 hours, but that time has come ne and gone with no resolution or contact.
We appreciate the time and effort you've put into resolving this Netflix issue. Please note that since this issue is specific to Netflix, we suggest contacting their customer support team, Netflix ContactUS, for further assistance and clarification. It's important to know that the majority of content on the Roku platform is provided and managed independently by the streaming channels' providers.
I contacted netflix, who told me to call Roku as the problem only occurs on the Roku ultra 4k stick. I provided the error codes to Roku support, but no one has followed up. Passing the buck back to Netflix doesn't help. I called Netflix who had me call samsung, samsung had me call roku, initially, roku had me call netflix who in turn told me to call roku. roku finally admitted there was a problem with the roku ultra 4k stick but no one is taking 'ownership' of the problem to get it resolved.
Please get someone in roku technical team to review the information provided to roku support and of course, if they need more data, i would be happy to share the entire page that shows all the error data on the roku device.
as a side note, others have had to uninstall/reinstall, or reset their roku device to get it to work with netflix, but none of their resolutions work for me. the fact that they experienced the same errors and after doing the above got their device to work properly demonstrates that the problem is with roku not netflix.
I've been streaming through my Xbox 360, so I don't believe there's a problem with my Netflix subscription or their service. Netflix's web site is not very helpful with this problem. I deleted all of the Netflix updates on my LG Revo and re-downloaded them (the phone will not let me completely remove Netflix since it came pre-installed). I rebooted and even removed the phone's battery to let the cache completely clear. I've been getting this error message for two days now.
I am having the same issue. It started 8/25. I can view about 30 minutes or so of recently watched videos, but nothing else. Extremely frustrating. For what I paid for my Revolution, and for what I pay for service, I expect this all to work as it should.
Hi guys. The Microsoft Edge is my favorite browser of all times, really, but not when I try to watch netflix or other video streaming services, it always breaks, I have no ideia what to do anymore. Always when I try to play something there's an error and then I need to reload over and over again, sometimes even when I just play the video it stop working when I try to play again. Help me to keep using this best browser that I've ever seen.
I've ever tried to disable hardware acceleration, enable DRM content, install Microsoft Silverlight and a lot of other things, but I didn't get to watch so far without an error I keep receiving these error codes: D7356-7701 and others related. Is there's still something that can be done to really fix theses erros or I just have to be patient and wait for news versions of the browser?
Ive got Netflix through Virgin on 360 - works fine - yesterday I had an attempted unauthorised log in so changed my password and now when I log in on my iPhone to Netflix it says no streaming plan - but its fine on the TV app. Can I only use it on that now? thought I could use 2 devices?
Hi Ajhamilton596
Thanks for posting, and welcome back to the Community Forums.
I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble with your Netflix service after an unauthorised login. We only manage the Netflix billing side of things, so would be unable to assist with any error messages you see when attempting to sign in.
All Netflix bundles allow you to at least watch content on two devices at one time. You may be able to find a fix directly on the Netflix Help Site, by typing in the specific error, here.
Thanks,
Netflix not working? It's a great streaming service with a ton of content to watch on all sorts of different devices. However, sometimes, you'll encounter Netflix error codes that stop you in your tracks. It's always annoying when you're presented with an error while you're trying to binge your new favorite obsession. So, what are some of the most common Netflix error codes? And how can you fix them? You might want to bookmark this for future reference!
This indicates that the information which is on your device is out of date or corrupted and needs to be refreshed. Typically, you will see this error on an Apple device like an iPhone, iPad, or, most prominently, Apple TV.
The easiest way to fix this error is to restart your device. This should clear out any old information used by the Netflix app and allow you to reload your content. If this does not work, you should update the Netflix app through the App Store.
Secondly, this could be caused by an incompatibility issue with one of your browser extensions or a Virtual Private Network (VPN). Try disabling browser extensions to fix the error. You can also try disconnecting and reconnecting your VPN.
As Netflix only has the rights to show some content in certain countries, it restricts users from accessing content from outside their home country. And so the service has cracked down on people using a VPN to access Netflix.
This is annoying if you are using a VPN or proxy for security reasons rather than trying to change your region, as you cannot safely connect to the Netflix website. Instead, you have to disconnect your VPN or proxy and then refresh the page.
Using the Netflix app, you can download episodes or movies to your device to watch when you don't have internet access. However, sometimes when you do this you will get an error saying, "This title can no longer be watched offline. (AVF:11800;OS:42800;)."
This means that the downloaded file you are trying to watch has become corrupted, has been deleted, or moved. Unfortunately, there is no way to fix this if you don't currently have an internet connection, as you need to re-download the file.
However, if you do have internet access, then you can easily fix this error. Go to the Downloads section of the app by either clicking the arrow icon at the bottom of the app or by tapping the menu icon and selecting My Downloads. Now, tap Edit in the top-right corner of the screen. Select the file that is not working and tap the red X icon to delete it.
The Netflix error UI-800-3 comes up when you are using a device such as a Blu-ray player, Roku box, games console, smart TV, or Amazon Fire Stick. It indicates that the information stored on your device is out of date and needs to be refreshed.
This can be fixed simply by restarting your device. If this doesn't work, you can try signing out of Netflix on your device and then signing back in. Finally, if that doesn't work either, disconnect the device from your network, restart your router, and reconnect your device.
This error arises when a network connectivity issue affects your ability to download content via the iOS app. This usually happens when there is a block of some kind on the internet connection you are using. For example, if you are on a school or work Wi-Fi network, there may be a firewall in place which blocks streaming.
These errors occur along with a message saying, "Cannot play title. Please try again later." This usually happens because your Netflix app is out of date. First, update the Netflix app if there's a newer version available. If that doesn't fix the problem, uninstall and reinstall the app. You'll need to remember your login details.
