This is fantastic! Thanks Chris. This is how you get things done... you blast the GM with so much logic and numbers and documentation that there's no reasonable way to deny your supremacy.
p.s. There is the potential that appointing your human form as COO would add risk of public identity exposure, but if you're into it, you got it. Also, we should maybe discuss this percentage ownership thing a bit more. Currently, I'm the only one on the documentation for the sake of security / risk / etc to the team, but all of that money has been kept as Sentinels-accessible. I have not taken a salary, nor has anyone else. That said, based on the numbers and continued growth of the organization, we should probably decide how that should pan out. I'm cool with these numbers... but I think if others will be taking 'shares' of the company that should be a broader discussion. In other words, I think everyone should get equal ownership if they want it (which I offered initially), but then there's the question of who specifically. Everyone who was a member when we started the LLC would be my first thought. I don't have alot of time to give that all a ton of thought, but if you / John would like to mull that over and come up with a fair resolution, I'll be on board. Something like a group vote, or whoever wants in right now shares the ownership, or a unanimous decision to not split shares and just define salaries, which might be 'easiest'.
