National Public School Rajajinagar emerged overall Chess Championship
in the inter-school chess tournament organised by Champions Chess
Academy which concluded here today . There were 36 schools of
different parts bangalore participated in this event held at BGS NPS
School, Bannerghatta Road. In the U-10 category Sudhanva Bharadhwaj of
Prarthana School emerged winner with 6 points out of possible six
rounds. In the U-15 category Naren Kumar and MS Sharang both of NPS
rajajinagar school tied for 1st place with 7 points, but better
tie-break score made Naren Kumar to lift U-15 title.
