Hello good morning Champions,

• Yesterday there was a meeting from 5th batch about "Science Exhibition" in DF meeting room. 
• Yesterday Mr.Stanley conducted a meeting with Mr.Hemal and Dr.Gouri to launch a Dharwad Champions Program and has figured out  with 40 numbers of persons in various fields and professions. Kindly let us know, If some is there in your contact, who can join the Dharwad Champions Program. 

We are pleased to introduce Mr.Stanley. He is Director of Deshpande Foundation. Recently Stanley started to work with the Champions Program with his own interest to launch the Dharwad Champions Program.

hello champions,

 

as mallama has updated we did meet up to discuss reg our upcoming event of science exhibition...

 

we have briefed the things to Mr Naveen he did suggest some very imp points which cud make our event a lil diffrent than the routine science exhibitions which have been happening over the years... and we are working to improvise on his suggestions...

 

we are also looking for sponsors who can help for this event.. all your suggestions are welcome...

Kindly let me know what's your line of execution of the Science exhibition...so that we, the alumni, could help you with suggestions and funders.

Also, Champions who are planning the capstone could well shoot a mail of the framework  and dates of meeting for planning the activity thru the google group or facebook media so that we could also contribute.

since last sunday wen we met we have been trying to chart out few things due to lack of time i havent been able to update.. sorry for that..

 

well as of now we have got entries from all the schools..

principals interseted teachers n students have also been invited...

Judge 1 Mr louis principal of sukruthi college has agreed another person mr anil joshi from agstya will confirm by tomorrow.. and best part is people from agstya are ready to participate on that day by interacting with kids and giving them a broader picture...

 

prizes and banner need to be done..

certificates almost done once the desgn is okayed it will go for printing...

 

we have approached a few sponsors some have been postive but none have credited yet...so depending on that we will decide the prizes..

Hi,  These are the Topics:

   8^th class      -  Conservation of water & your inputs for need of the day.

9^th class       -  Gadget o mania & social networking sites- its repercussions on human health & society

10^th               - Environmental abuse – where do we stand in future

Timings - 10 am- 12 pm (display of posters and models will be judged)

                  12 -12.30 pm – high tea

                  12.30-1.30 – guest lecture followed by prize distribution and valedictory ceremony.

 

Naveen suggested instead of guest lecture students can have discussions. Now who has to conduct discussion we have plan out. Yet from Agstya I have to their confirmation of participation . As they are very busy. Our Hubli champions who can help us in conducting. Please give ur suggestions

The program appears to be very interesting and I wish all involved the Best Luck. Unfortunately, I will be travelling from the 27th July uptil 5th August and will miss this chance.

Agastya may be the best in terms of organizing a discussion. You could contact Nitin Desai from Agastya to do this.
