References to "the book" in exercises

References to “the book” in the exercises (exercise 2) are out of date and can be ignored.  Every Haskell textbook has suitable exercises.  The references here  happen to refer to the book by Simon Thomson (http://www.cs.kent.ac.uk/people/staff/sjt/craft2e/)

I will see if I can find some free alternative sources of exercises online.
