Brief outage this evening

Hello,

Our web host, Linode, is rolling out critical system updates, and our primary database server will be impacted this evening. To avoid a lengthy downtime, we're rolling over to a new host before a 9PM EDT deadline. Downtime should be limited to between 30 seconds and 2 minutes. I unfortunately don't have a more precise downtime window as Linode dropped this on us suddenly.
