The following letter will provide details of the upcoming Challenge
Day event that is scheduled later this month. I will be assisting
with the organization of the event along with Debbie Jones from Youth

Tim: A couple changes for the google pages. Adults need to be there by
8:15 and we will go until 4:00. Please forward all registrations. The
original thought was to concentrate on new people. If you have people
who have gone the past few years I'd rather open their space up to a new
comer if space gets tight. We can monitor it as it comes in. Are you
still good for this Thursday for a trip to Mosier to meet with the
artist people? Linda G. will be joining us. I'll plan on picking you
up at your "hang out" this Thursday at 8:40 am. GREAT presentation last

There needs to be a presentation at the high school to get students signed up.  Notification sent home for parent signature and increased notification in school bulletin.  We will talk more on Thursday.

 

I have not had any response from the e-mail sent out Sunday.  It seemed like the right thing to do to invite those already on-board with Challenge Day the opportunity.  I would like to at least have backup in case. I only sent a message to those that participated last year.

Hi Tim,

I would like to be on Sept. 29th if that would work.  Sorry I can't be more help on this but I'm up to my eyeballs with learning things around here.  I will be there on the 29th with bells on my fingers and bells on my toes and I will make music where ever I goes.
