Madame, Monsieur, Cher(e)s ami(e)s, Nous avons trouvé qu’il était important de diffuser cet article (ci-joint).

Il y a un espoir réel quand on voit nos officiers supérieurs sur le terrain accomplir leurs devoirs de citoyen pour rendre propre notre ville mais il reste encore beaucoup de choses à nettoyer dans nos rues ! Ce n’est pas isolé le cas de cette fille qui, elle, a eu le courage de témoigner.Il y a au moins des centaines avec beaucoup de cas plus grave mais qui nous reste inconnu.Bien sur elles ou ils sont responsable sauf pour les cas de mineurs qui sont assez nombreux, ce sont des inconcients qui n’ont pas été assez protégés ni soutenus au moment où ils avaient le plus besoin ! Nous avons tous une responsabilté que nous devons assumer vite !
