Dear All,

 

Let us discuss about our layout current status on next-but-next sunday.

 

Happenings in & around our layout.

1. 3 houses are in completed state. owners already took possession.
2. 2 houses are in construction phase.
3. 1 house is in ready to occupy state. Owner is taking possession on coming week.
4. Some portion of our layout-compound-wall has fallen due to last rains.
5. BBMP started dumping garbages again, back to our layout.
6. Prestige apartment construction goes in full swing.
7. A new layout is formed next to our layout.

Our Layout developer will be joining us in this meeting.  Other topics & issues Will be on coming mails.. Stay tuned..

Hi,

Two most important things for me from Phase -2 perspective,

1.Electricity for phase-2 : Transformer is not put even after several appeals to the seller.There are no street lights in phase-2.

2.Bore well for phase-2 : Phase -2 gets very little water due to proximity of bore well to phase-1 and as house are being built in phase-1 the shortage of water will only increase for phase-2.Need bore well for phase-2 and this will balance out the flow of water and every one in layout will have sufficient water.

Hi All,

Based on the complaint made in ichangemycity.com got a call from BBMP engineer. As per engineer we need to seize the vehicle's who is dumping garbage and inform them. Then BBMP would take action.

The above option will not work due to security reasons as there are fewer residents staying in layout and the person who took contract to dump garbage is with criminal background.

We need to go through Venkatesh Reddy who has some influence. If we are having meeting on 20th July it would be fruitful if  Venkatesh Reddy also present. Also everyone try to reach him if he can do something

Complaint in Ichangemycity is assigned to BBMP engineer, but he is comfortable only with Kannada. Can anyone who can speak in Kannada call up the and explain our problem and how we can resolve this issue.  Below is the status in  Ichangemycity website.

"Your complaint has been assigned to sundrayya via Docket No: 153220. He / She can be reached on 9481904440. Please get in touch with him / her for resolving the complaint and change the status to Resolved once done."

In addition to that,  I listed the pending activities below which needs to be discussed to prioritize:

1.Apply for A-Khatha (Chinthu already started this topic)
2.Task force Management
3.Collection of maintenance charges
4.Layout cleaning
5.Notice board @ entrance

Pending activties from developer:
1.Rs.40000 towards Electricity bills
2.Channel for drainage
3.STP
4.Handover layout original documents
5.Temple in Layout

New activities:
1.Renovation of compound wall
2.Installation of side gates adjacent to our main gate
3.Paint the main gate and other iron rods in the compound wall
4.Street light repair.

Hi,

Looking at the activities list I have a suggestion.If we compare our layout with others we do not have a garden/park/play ground in our layout.As per the A Khata rules the layout gets a A khata only if they have some space allocated for garden and hence many of us living in rented houses would have seen park in our colony or layout. So I believe our developer would have shown some plot for this purpose.So my suggestion is if at all if there is any vacant space or plots in our layout which will be handed to association then we should use it for generic purposes which can be used by all members of layout like say Association Office,Park, Garden etc based on the dimension of land.

Hi Pampapathi, 

Thanks for coming forward. Below is the BBMP engineer to which issue is assigned with his mobile number. Can you reach out him and explain the issue we are facing because of the dump and solution to stop the dump. May be you can explain him that we would not be able to seize vehicles because of security reasons. If govt/BBMP place notice board at least we can resist to some extent showing that board.

Dear Association, 

Individual may not be able to take this issue forward, as an association we should approach BBMP. Resolving issues would also gain confidence of every member in the layout and helps in better collection of dues which in turn help our layout a better place for living. If required we can give police complaint. 

Dear Members, 

Please try to contact Venaktesh reddy or his brother and highlight all the issues we have for which he is responsible. 

If Garbage is not going to stop in another 2 or 3 month we would not be able stay here because various issue due to dump.
