Hi Kamat and Rathakrishna, I have transferred maintenance charges for three sites (mine and two friends) as below. Site no        Name                                       Amount(Rs) Ph1-33.      Madan mohan Suru.              2792 Ph1-45.      Chaithanya gelivi.                   3334 Ph1-40.      Bharath Reddy Remata.         4114 Please confirm. Last month end I had been to layout. I see the layout is in very bad shape, to maintain it well we must need funds. Definitely there is delay in paying maintenance from our side. Sorry for the same. I think all of us must respond before the layout becomes even worse. Hope everybody thinks it is our place, where many of us plan our dream house here .. may be in future... and we do our part to make it better place. Hope to see you guys regularly. 1. Please do online payment only. There will be huge amount of service charges if you make cash payment in any other SBI branches
2. A/c statement is not updated for residents (Who already living or started construction)
