2 transformers for ph 2 has arrived & is kept near my home. Amaresh reddy spoke to me & told that it will be connected in next 2-3 days. My feeling is that they r putting the transformer to take the connection to the next layout also to which the access is thru our layout only.

Garbage dump is going at fast phase and it will at least take couple of years to clear if they stop garbage as of today. I am not sure if any one (tried) calling or getting this issue with land developer. We have to work as group to get it resolved as we are the most effected because of this. We should not let it happen to give access/way to next/new layout, which will spoil our roads and environment(its not public way/road). Please let us all know what stringent action need to be taken to avoid it.

Till now layout owner not yet paid the BBMP tax ,betterment charges and sewage footpath for phase-2.

Hi, 

I don't think we can stop it if builder really want to provide access thru our layout, because in Bangalore gated communities are not legally recognized by the BBMP and final authority of the road and common area like park etc is with Govt. 

Instead we should negotiate with builder complete our pending work, take some action on Garbage dump and re-laid road with good quality and make the layout better. 

Also, we should negotiate with other builder for every plot he sell he should pay(5K or 10K) to our association.
