Dear Owners,

I had different perception, like... 2014 would be better than 2013, because of Prestige casabala(construction was fast) and interest seen from people towards house construction. I realized the same in the begin of 2014, 3 people made it to true(Started construction), some were doing serious analysis on feasibility.

We need to encourage this growth. But i personally feeling bad about current situation.
Earlier, atleast i used to see alerts from SBI, regarding association account balance. Now, even that also stopped :(.  Kamath's chart is keep growing with negative balance. It is not a good sign.

Hey guys :) don't wait for reminders/meetings, Please pay your Contributions to association account.

Due to some collective effort, our layout is slowly becoming a livable place, please support.

Please don't ask now "What maintenance has been done so far, for the paid amount?" It is too early to answer. We know our plots are not maintained. As far as i know, the amount what association receives are not even enough to pay the KEB bills. How can we clean our layout. Every move is money based.

To clean a plot (if we go individually)- labour charge is ~Rs.800/-
800* ~ 150 = ~ Rs. 1,20,000/- required. (Yes, always negotiable on contract to clean the layout altogether.)
If everybody pay their maintenance properly then
250 * ~150 = ~ Rs.37,500/month (This is bare minimum amount, Here i considered all plot as 1200 sq.ft)
37,500 for 6 months = Rs.2,25,000/-

With this amount, we can;
Pay complete Borewell bill amount
Clean the complete layout
Make all street lights to glow
Put side entrance gate
Put notice board
Stop garbage dump to some extend (bribe policemen)

On continuous support, we can have proper roads, additional borewells, Reconstrucion of fallen compound wall.... and much more. But as of now, this question is too costly :).

Regards
Rathakrishnan.
