Electricity for Phase-2

Hi,

Request all Chaitra Shelter members to take time and call up Venkatesh Reddy and request him to install transformer for phase-2 so that we get electricity for phase-2. I have been trying from past 6 months without success, so only when more people call him and say that they want to start construction but due to lack of electricity unable to proceed, may be he will do something.Currently my house is close to completion but will not be able to move due lack of transformer for permanent BESCOM connection.

The contractor Suresh Reddy who has taken money to do this work was so far delaying this but now he is telling to talk to Venkatesh reddy directly.

Association President, Secretary and Treasurer can you arrange for association meeting to meet the sellers at Office or at Layout next week to push for these issues?

Hi Guys,

Did anyone of you check with Venkatesh reddy about transformer for phase-2 ? I had called up on Monday and he said he will check with suresh reddy and try to do this week.But he has been saying that from very long time, so only if many more people specially of phase2 call up and push for it then we may get our work done.

Also can we meet the seller at his office this weekend or in next week to address the problems of our layout?

Dear All,

As Mahesh also started construction in phase-2, Transformer is needy now.

Is it a good idea to go to our developer's office to ask for Transformer to phase-2.

In this way, we can make this long week end useful.

Willing people please come to HSR BDA on Friday 10am.
