Need to pay the complete bill amount to KEB.

Dear All,

Till January 2014, I could pay the part payment through Bangalore one website, on our KEB bill amount.
For Example: Consider our Layout Borewell Bill, as per March 2014 data:
current month Bill Amount: Rs. 4117
Net Amount Due: Rs.52196
Here I should be able to pay Rs. 4117 for March 2014. Till January'14 it(Bangalore one) was allowing like that. But when i was trying to pay the march 2014 bill, it does not provide me the option to do part payment. so, now we need to pay the net amount due(Rs.52196).

As per bill record Net Amount Due till date is Rs.67388/- for our layout, is given below:

Because of this issue last 3 months we haven't paid our electricity bill. As the amount is huge please provide me advance cheque as soon as possible to pay the electricity bill.
