Does any one( Or Everyone) in the Layout believe in "Basic Needs Of Living Things"????

Hi All

If you all agree , that we all know basic needs of living things like Sunlight, water, air and food.  Does anyone/Everyone agree that we get good AIR ?? YES , THE AIR , we breath every seconds is good in the Layout. I 100% say NO..

We get all contaminated, stinking , decayed,filthy air in the layout due to garbage dumping near the layout.  We need to take aggressive action on this , all site owners decide on the date comfortable to everyone and lets go to BBMP office together and complain.  If you believe "Unity is Strength" then lets all go together and complain.

Wake up people !!!!

I visited Layout today and the situation is bad.

We need to include Prestige Casebella guys into this, and everyone from our layout should fight against this.

If nothing is working out, we need to get a stay order from court.

Thanks all for your reply. Looks like everyone is interested in resolving the issue. But somewhere we are lacking the co-operation and co-ordination.And few are damn frustrated of not getting the support and motivation towards their initiatives. Vansant, Mahesh ,Pamapathi and few layout residents are heading for police complaint this Saturday, that is on 15th November. We can all join hands with them. Time and place to meet is not communicated till now. 

Moreover , WHO EVER HAVE NOT SIGNED THE Complaint APPLICATION, which lies in Vasant's house.PLEASE COME  and SIGN IT .It adds value for our complaint. We have around 100+ sites in our layout, but only 20 of them have signed so far. This shows that people are either DISINTERESTED in resolving the problem Or they LIKE  to breath the STINKY AIR and planning to live with it.  Surprised why many are not responding. Looks like many are thinking chaitra shelters mails as SPAM and deleting it or not reading it at all or least bothered thinking "let us see" when we move inn there. 

Below is the consolidated list of people who said to come any time for giving the complaint. Every one please make it on this Saturday 15th November.

Apologize for the delay in my participation for this noble cause. I have to travel a lot due to my work requirements. I am back to Bangalore yesterday.

It is a very good thought that we need to go and give the complaint to police station and take up this issue to the higher officials of BBMP.

If I am not wrong, we had done this activity in 2012 also but we did not get any result out of this activity. This time my suggestion would be to publish the same in the daily newspaper and then take up this issue with the civic agencies so that they wake up and act. 

I have spoke to one of the leading daily newspapers and they are ready to go ahead and publish this in their daily edition.

Residents who are staying in the layout, kindly click the fresh pictures of the garbage dumping ( on immediate basis )  if possible along with the trucks and share it with me. I would forward the same and once this is published then we can go ahead with other initiatives. 

If anyone has a better way of approach to address this issue, please share the same.
