Hi All,

Here is my suggestion on new association formation -

1. 50% of members from Phase-1 & 50% of members from Phase-2
   
2. 50% of members from layout residents and 50% of members from layout Non-residents 
3. Layout maintenance (Like cleaning etc.,): Equal for Phase-1 & phase-2 and also, equal for resident plots & non-resident plots
4. Joint Treasurer: One from layout resident & other from layout non-resident. So, that both party's sign is required while withdrawal of amount from the association 

Let all people know when new association members will be formed.

Let me know opinion from all both layout residents and non-residents..

I have mentioned about "not to wait for hand over from current office bearers" only in my earlier email dated 3rd March'15. I have not mentioned anything about new office bearers selection in that email dated 3rd March'15.

I have made some updates on my earlier suggestion... 

1. 50% of members from Phase-1 & 50% of members from Phase-2

1. Joint Treasurer: One from layout resident (preferably Phase-1) & other from layout non-resident (preferably Phase-2). So, that both party's sign is required while withdrawal of amount from the association 
2. All "payment receipts" (electricity, bore-well etc.,) is stored in one location so that all member can access it at any point of time
3. Regular update on a/c statement (preferably alternate week)

Having not received any communication and an current office bearer making the above statement, we were going ahead with the people who were interested in taking the positions and contribute to better the layout.

Since you have made a suggestion now, I would want to propose that let us setup a meeting this month and come up with the new office bearers. If no meeting is setup, we will go ahead and take over with the following bearers who were interested and showed up to the meeting to better the layout. I have already shared the new positions in another email.

Hope everyone agrees with this.

I have attached SBI account statement from Apr'2012.
