Hi,

I am Arib Alam, a third year student from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. I wanted to know if Chainer is participating for Google Summer of Code 2020. I am highly interested in contrubuting to Chainer and it would be really kind if someone could point me to any issues or ideas so I could start right away.
