Tensor Cores and Chainer

I just got an RTX 3060 (yeah yeah yeah, I waited in line for three weeks) and was hoping to see a speedup with its tensor cores over an Titan X Pascal (on the school machines). However, I haven't noticed much of a difference. I am begrudgingly running this in Windows. Any ideas? I have cupy-cuda110 installed (with pip).
