Alpha 9 just dropped!

Hey everyone! 

We're officially on Day 7 of 14.  Thank you for all your help in getting me this far into it!  Alpha 9 has gone live as of this morning.  Here's the change log:

• Dynamic app version — Main menu now reads the version from package.json dynamically.
• Multi-target mobile drawer — Tab bar added to the hex info panel when multiple objects occupy a hex, with dark theme and cyan active state.
• FleetBuilder mobile layout — Bottom nav stacked vertically, breadcrumbs compacted, execute button shrunk for phone screens.
• Splash screen — Background changed to navy blue
• ShipInfoPanel — Refactored for better maintainability with expanded test coverage.
• Store fix — Minor update to useGameStore.ts.
