The four morphologic appearances of peritoneal carcinomatosis at CT and MR imaging:
(a) serosal plaques
(b) subtle soft-tissue infiltration
(c) reticulonodular lesions and
(d) mass
While
serosal plaques and
mass are easier to detect, train the eyes to pick up
subtle soft-tissue infiltration and reticulonodular lesions !
