The download has been tested by an editor here on a PC and a list of features has been compiled; see below. We've also created some screenshots of RawCap to illustrate the user interface and show the overall usage and features of this network sniffing program.

RawCap is a free command line network sniffer for Windows that uses raw sockets. It captures traffic from a network device and saves the data to a pcap file.It's useful for capturing raw network traffic for analysis or for use in network security tools and can sniff any interface that has got an IP address.To use RawCap, you will need to specify the network interface that you want to capture packets from. You can list the available network interfaces on your system by running the rawcap.exe -l.
